Gearbox Module

Client specified need for gearbox design capable of handling 30 HP with an input at 1350 RPM and output of 115 RPM. Gears were designed, shafts were designed concurrently with bearing selection, and fatigue/structural analysis completed. Delivered full report and 3d printed prototype to client explaining design decisions and analyses.
