Porcaro Dynamics is a Wichita-based engineering practice specializing in laser process automation, robot integration, and controls engineering. The practice focuses on precision manufacturers, R&D facilities, and system integrators who need a complete solution — from equipment specification and system design through commissioning and documentation.
The edge is range: mechanical engineering, analog electronics design, PLC programming, and robot programming handled by one engineer who understands how all four layers interact. In laser automation, a timing issue might be a mechanical problem, a process parameter problem, or a controls problem — finding it fast requires understanding all of them.

Mechanical engineer specializing in laser process automation, robot integration, and controls engineering. Background includes designing and integrating custom analog electronics into live production systems, Allen-Bradley CompactLogix PLC programming, Yaskawa Motoman robot programming (including offline path programming from 3D models), and as-built electrical documentation in AutoCAD Electrical. Pursuing LIA Laser Safety Officer certification. Available for onsite commissioning and travel.
