Information I Collect
When you submit the contact form or the service intake form on this website, I collect what you enter: your name, business, email address, phone number, location, machine details, and your description of the problem. If you ask to be notified about tube regassing, I collect your email address and any note you add. Nothing is collected automatically beyond standard web server logs.
How I Use It
Form submissions are emailed to me and used to respond to you, quote the work, and keep the service record for your equipment. Addresses given for regassing updates are used only to tell you when that service becomes available. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing. Form email is delivered through Resend, which processes the message on its way to my inbox.
Data Retention
Inquiries and service records are kept for as long as needed to support the equipment and meet legal obligations. You can ask me to delete your personal data at any time by email.
