These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by BIRDSEYE UAS LLC D.B.A. PORCARO DYNAMICS, a mechanical/electronic repair and design, research, and development company located at 244 E Kodiak St, Kechi, KS 67067 (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide mechanical repair and maintenance services for specialized equipment, automobiles, electronics, and other systems, as well as design, research and development, and technical consulting services. All services are performed by qualified personnel based on the customer’s request and our service capabilities.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Before starting any work, we will provide an estimate of the expected cost if requested. Estimates are based on the information provided and may be subject to change if additional issues are discovered. Final pricing may change due to part availability, shipping, unexpected complications, or other factors.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due thirty (30) days after completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept most major credit cards, cash, and check. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Warranties and Liability
We stand by the quality of our workmanship. Repairs are covered by a limited warranty of 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers labor and parts provided by us but does not apply to:
-Customer-supplied parts, except for OEM parts supplied in original packaging
-Damage due to misuse, neglect, or subsequent repairs by others
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
-Providing accurate information about the problem and service history
-Picking up equipment promptly after service completion (if applicable)
-Regular maintenance and care of the repaired equipment
-Coordinating access to restricted/secured areas (e.g. airport ramp access)
6. Cancellations
Customers may cancel service requests with reasonable notice. If work has already started, you may be charged for time and materials used up to that point.
7. Privacy
Any personal information you provide to us will be kept confidential and used only for service-related purposes unless otherwise agreed.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately unless stated otherwise.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
